Yes, you are allowed to use a mobile phone or camera to take photographs for personal use only.

No commercial photography or videography is allowed without consent.

Commercial photography of any sort is not permitted at Bujairi Terrace or At-Turaif. 

The use of professional cameras is not permitted without prior consent by management.

Bujairi Terrace and At-Turaif are public spaces. Attire and appearance must be in keeping with the culture and values of Saudi Arabia. 

If you have lost or found any property during your visit, contact Guest Relations for assistance on 

Because your safety and security is of the utmost importance, ticket holders and their belongings may be subject to a search when entering Bujairi Terrace and At-Turaif. Any prohibited or dangerous items discovered on your person will be removed and confiscated. 

Guests may smoke only in the designated areas throughout Bujairi Terrace. Smoking inside the buildings at Bujairi Terrace and all areas within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of At-Turaif is strictly prohibited. 

Outside food or drink is not allowed in At-Turiaf or Bujairi Terrace.  

The only exceptions are baby food, baby formula or foods for special medical purposes. 

Wheeled recreational devices such as rollerblades, roller skates, skateboards, foot scooters and bicycles are prohibited.

Pets are not allowed unless in exceptional circumstances and upon prior approval by management.

An access pass is required at all times to enter At-Turaif and Bujairi Terrace. Visitors can book a restaurant via our integrated new website, which will automatically generate an Access Pass allowing the visitor to enter both At-Turaif and Bujairi Terrace on the selected day of booking. Alternatively, visitors can select an Access Only Pass. Please note an Access Only Pass does not guarantee a restaurant reservation. Charges are fully redeemable at all restaurants and cafes across both At-Turaif and Bujairi Terrace.

Guided tours of At-Turaif are bookable onsite via the kiosk outside the At-Turaif Visitor Centre. 

You can access the At-Turaif Visitor Centre by crossing the bridge from Bujairi Terrace to At-Turaif.
